The Saramonic SR-WM2100 is a compact, camera-mount digital wireless microphone system with two lavalier mics and just one receiver. It provides vloggers, mobile journalists, and videographers with a clear-sounding, easy-to-use system that packs a set of versatile features into a cost-effective solution for interviews, vlogging, live streaming, and virtual meetings with two people talking simultaneously—directly to a mirrorless/DSLR camera or an iOS/Android smartphone/tablet equipped with a headphone jack.
The SR-WM2100 includes two bodypack transmitters, each with their own omnidirectional lavalier mics. The transmitters feature a line-level input that lets you wirelessly record the output of a smartphone, audio mixer, or portable recorder to your camera—great for live streaming.
The system also comes with a camera-mount receiver that features a gain control to adjust the recording level on your camera. A headphone jack lets you monitor the audio from both transmitters in real time. Equipped with an auto-scan function, the receiver automatically searches and finds a clean transmission frequency to avoid unwanted dropouts. Large, movable antennas and a 5mW RF output power on the transmitters help deliver clear audio at a range up to 230′ (line-of-sight). For fast setup time, the transmitters automatically pair with the receiver.
The system conveniently operates on AA batteries so you don’t have to remember to charge it before using it. You get approximately 20 hours of continuous use on fully charged batteries. Up to four SR-WM2100 systems can be deployed simultaneously in the same location if more audio channels are needed.
Two Microphones into One Receiver
The two-channel receiver allows you to save space on your shooting rig by using a single receiver to simultaneously receive signals from the two mic/transmitters.
The receiver comes with a shoemount adapter for your camera.
The audio from both microphones is combined into a mono signal, ensuring that both mics can be heard on the left and right channel of your camera.
