Description
The Oktava MKL-4000 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern and tube amplification.
The MKL-4000 is a further development of the microphone MKL-100, whose well-proven solutions found fundamentally new circuit and design implementations in the new product. The microphone features a heavy zinc alloy body, which reduces the likelihood of acoustic “feedback”.
The BP-103 is a high quality power supply unit, which is specially made for MKL-4000 and MKL-5000. It features a magnetically shielded toroidal transformer and a network filter to eliminate interference. It can operate at 110 V or 220V – the voltage switch is located at the bottom of the unit.
The microphone sounds natural and open with very clean and precise high frequency response.
Great for: speech, vocals, acoustic guitars, and strings.
• Low self-noise
• High sensitivity
• Interference free PSU
• Outstanding clarity
• Excellent build quality
• Individual frequency graph
